Solution

Installation of a reinforcing structure with rails to replace standard tracks with integrated load cells to control the deformation of the structure under the influence of subsidence or swelling of the soil during the passage of the drilling machine to monitor the condition of the railway track when there are drilling operations.

A railway track monitoring system has been developed so that to include a high-speed survey of load cells with automatic continuous measured values with specified thresholds monitoring, when exceeded, a message is generated to be sent to a remote server displaying the current state and maintaining an event log with simultaneous data recording as a file.
